Happy Tails Books only charges tax on sales to customers within Colorado. The rate is 8.16%.
Return Policy
Your comfort and happiness in purchasing with us is important. We offer a 15 day return policy on paperback books, stationery, and t-shirts as long they are in their original condition. Buyer is responsible for return freight; restocking fees may apply. All eBook sales are final as are sales of all clearance and custom items.
If you have an item you would like to return, please contact us. Please do not return an item without first obtaining a RA number from us.
Wholesale Policy
We offer standard industry terms to wholesalers who can provide a valid FEIN. Minimum order to be considered a wholesaler is 10 books. Minimum order to qualify for free shipping and for our wholesale buyback policy is 20 books (mix and match titles).
