Welcome to Happy Tails Books Rescue Angel Fundraising Program. With this program, you can help save more furry lives by simply turning your friends, family, and associates on to Happy Tails Books! The benefits of this program are two-fold:
1) Book purchasers will learn more about rescue and adoption, encouraging them to adopt their next pets and to tell others to do the same
2) Each book you sell will incur a special donation to your favorite rescue, and the more you sell, the higher the donation per book!
- 1-20 books per quarter: $4 per book
- 21-50 books per quarter: $5 per book
- 51+ books per quarter: $6 per book
- Stationery and t-shirt sales: $3 per item
Bonus: The Rescue Angel with the highest sales at the end of each period will earn a $100 gift certificate to an online pet supply store!
How do I get started?
Getting started is EASY! Simply sign up for our Rescue Angel Program below.
Then what?
Raising money for your favorite rescue is a cinch! Once you sign up for our Rescue Angel Program, we will provide you with a marketing kit that you can use electronically or in person to encourage people to buy books and stationery from Happy Tails Books. We will provide you with a special Rescue Angel Code (RAC) to use for people who would like to buy online and forms you can fax or email to us if you take orders in person.
When someone you refer to our site checks out online, they simply enter your unique RAC in the checkout form right after they enter their shipping address. When you send in orders manually, you can provide your RAC on the form.
How do I process payments?
Happy Tails Books accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and Amazon Payments. Your friends, family, and associates can simply purchase items through our website and give us your RAC code so your rescue gets credit, you or your friends can place their order via telephone with a credit card, or you can mail in checks.
What rescues are eligible for this program?
The rescue you fundraise for must be part of our rescue partner program. If they are not currently part of the program, they can easily sign up. You can search for existing rescue partners here.
When does my favorite rescue receive their donation?
Happy Tails Books makes donations in July for the period of January through June, and in January for the period of July through December. Donations are made once a rescue is owed at least $20. If the rescue earns less than that in any given period, the donation will be held until the following period.
Is there any cost to participate?
Absolutely not!
